Ingredients

  • 300 g Chicken - Breast
  • 15 g Butter (softened)
  • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice (squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 8 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp Oregano Seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 0.5 tsp Thyme
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Chilli Flakes

Marinate the chicken

Add chicken, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, garlic, oregano, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and olive oil to a bowl. Mix well to ensure the spices soak in.

The device will now cook the chicken

Arrange the marinated chicken in the Upliance Air Fryer basket. The device will cook at high heat for 15 minutes. Flip the chicken halfway through for even browning.

Prepare the lemon butter glaze

While the Upliance cooks, mix the softened butter, remaining 2 tbsp lemon juice, dried parsley, and thyme in a small bowl until well combined.

The dish is ready

Remove the chicken from the Upliance. Brush the lemon butter glaze over the hot chicken and serve immediately.
