Add all spices (except coriander leaves) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now roast the spices at 100°C for 4 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add ghee, ginger, garlic, green chilli, and mushrooms to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring, then simmer at 95°C for 16 minutes with automatic stirring.
Stir in the spice powder and tamarind paste. Cook for 2 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring. Garnish with coriander leaves. The Mushroom Ghee Roast is ready to be served.
