Ingredients

  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 Green Cardamom (crushed)
  • 2 Cloves
  • 2 Bay Leaf
  • 2 Dried Red Chilli (broken)
  • 1 tsp Methi Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1 tsp Black Peppercorns
  • 1 tbsp Powdered Ghee Roast Masala
  • 200 g Button Mushroom (washed)
  • 1 Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 2 g Ginger (peeled and minced)
  • 2 g Garlic (peeled and minced)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Jaggery Powder
  • 2 Black Cardamom (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
  • 10 Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Instructions

Add spices to jar

Add all spices (except coriander leaves) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now roast the spices at 100°C for 4 minutes with automatic stirring.

The device will now blend spices

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically transfer the roasted spices to the blender and blend into a powder. Set aside the powder.

Add aromatics and mushrooms

Add ghee, ginger, garlic, green chilli, and mushrooms to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring, then simmer at 95°C for 16 minutes with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Stir in the spice powder and tamarind paste. Cook for 2 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring. Garnish with coriander leaves. The Mushroom Ghee Roast is ready to be served.
