Ingredients

  • 120 g Medium Poha (washed and strained)
  • 30 ml Refined Oil
  • 1 piece Green Chilli
  • 15 g Raw Peanuts
  • 2 tsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 10 Curry Leaves
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 30 g Pomegranate Pearls (for garnish)
  • 10 g Sev (for garnish)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add green chilli, coriander leaves, oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, raw peanuts, and fennel seeds to The Upliance jar.

The device will now prepare the tempering

The device will chop the aromatics and sauté the spices on medium heat for 1 minute with automatic stirring to release the flavors of the fennel and mustard seeds.

Add poha to the jar

Add the washed poha (mixed with salt and sugar) and lemon juice to the jar. The device will gently mix and cook the contents on low heat for 2 minutes.

The dish is ready

Open the lid and serve the hot Saunf Poha in a bowl. Garnish with pomegranate pearls, fresh coriander, and sev before serving.
