  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 1 piece Onion (halved)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 6 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 3 pieces Tomato (halved)
  • 100 g Instant Oats
  • 400 ml Water
  • 50 g Frozen Peas (washed)
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Temper Spices and Aromatics

Add oil, jeera, hing, onions, green chilli, and garlic to The Upliance jar. The device will prepare to process the fresh ingredients.

Chop and Sauté Base

The device will now cut the aromatics and sauté them on low heat for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, and garam masala. The Upliance will cook the masala base on low heat for 5 minutes.

Cook the Oats

Add instant oats, water, and frozen peas to the jar. The device will cook the porridge on medium heat for 15 minutes with automatic stirring to create a creamy texture.

Garnish and Serve

The dish is ready. Transfer the Masala Oats to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh minced coriander leaves.
