Ingredients

  • 60 g Masoor Dal (washed and soaked overnight)
  • 20 g Toor Dal (washed and soaked overnight)
  • 300 ml Water (for soaking)
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 15 g Ginger (softened)
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)
  • 5 g Coriander Leaves (softened)
  • 1 pc Onion (chopped)
  • 6 g Garlic (peeled)
  • 12 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 pc Green Chilli (cut in two)
  • 1 pc Tomato (cut in two)
  • 0.75 tsp Salt

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add ghee, jeera, hing, ginger, and turmeric powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring.

The device will now sauté aromatics

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté the aromatics for 30 seconds at 110°C. Add remaining spices and continue sautéing for another 30 seconds.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add the pressure cooked dal, water, onion, garlic, green chilli, and tomato to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the temperature to 95°C and cook for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.
