    Instructions

This versatile mix combines a medley of spices and lentils, carefully blended to create a flavorful base. Simply add water or broth, cook it to perfection, and enjoy a hearty and comforting dal dish in no time

    1. 1

Prepare Dal Base and Aromatic Spices

Add 150g Masoor Dal- Split, 150g Split Urad Dal, and 150g Moong Dal Split - Yellow to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will roast them at medium heat for approximately 15 minutes with automatic stirring. After roasting, carefully remove the dals from the jar. Next, add 4 tbsp Refined Oil, 2 tsp Jeera, 2 tsp Mustard Seeds, 1 tsp Hing, 6 tsp Kasoori Methi, 3 Dried Red Chilli (removed), and 25 leaves Curry Leaves to The Upliance jar. Select sauté mode, and the device will sauté these spices at medium heat for approximately 1.5 minutes with automatic stirring.

    2. 2

Grind Roasted Dals and Combine with Seasoning

Add the roasted dals (from step 1) back into The Upliance jar. The device will now grind the dals in multiple cycles at low heat for approximately 6 minutes to achieve a fine powder. Then, add the sautéed spices (from step 1), the freshly ground Powdered Dal, 3 tsp Coriander Powder, 4 tsp Salt, 3 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 3 tsp Amchur Powder, and 2.5 tsp Turmeric to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will automatically stir and combine these ingredients at medium heat for approximately 10.5 minutes to create the Instant Dal Mix.

    3. 3

Finalize and Store the Dal Mix

The Upliance will perform a final mixing cycle at low heat for a short duration to ensure all components of the Instant Dal Mix Powder are perfectly blended into a uniform powder. Once completed, carefully transfer the freshly prepared Instant Dal Mix Powder into an airtight container for future use.

    4. 4

Prepare a Comforting Bowl of Dal

To enjoy a delicious bowl of dal, add 480g Water and 50g of the Instant Dal Mix Powder to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will then cook the dal at medium heat for 10 minutes with automatic stirring until it reaches your desired consistency. The comforting dal dish is ready to be served.
