Ingredients

  • 15 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil (approx)
  • 3 pieces Tomato (cut in two)
  • 1 piece Capsicum (cut in four)
  • 1 tsp Sugar (to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Oregano Seasoning (dried)
  • 4 pieces Egg (whole)
  • 10 g Butter (cubed)
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add the peeled garlic cloves and oil into The Upliance jar. Ensure the lid is secured properly.

The device will now cut and sauté

The device will chop the garlic for 10 seconds, then switch to sauté mode at low heat for 30 seconds to release the aroma.

Add vegetables and cook eggs

Add tomatoes, capsicum, and spices. The device will cook the sauce for 5 minutes at low heat and blend it. Add the eggs, and The Upliance will gently cook them in the sauce for 11 minutes at low heat with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

The Egg Sabzi is ready. Add the butter to the jar and let it melt into the hot gravy. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
