Ingredients

  • 300 g Raw Mango (whole or large chunks)
  • 1000 ml Water (for boiling)
  • 12 tsp Sugar (or to taste)
  • 2 tsp Black Salt (powdered)
  • 2 tsp Jeera Powder (roasted)
  • 0.75 tsp Black Pepper (powdered)
  • 30 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • Ice Cubes (for serving)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add 300g raw mangoes and 1000ml water to The Upliance jar. Close the lid securely.

The device will now cook the mangoes

The device will boil the mangoes on low heat for 35 minutes. Once done, remove mangoes, peel, and extract the pulp into a bowl.

Add spices and blend

Add the extracted mango pulp back to The Upliance jar along with sugar, black salt, jeera powder, pepper, and mint leaves. The device will automatically blend at high speed for 40 seconds.

The dish is ready

Your Aam Panna concentrate is ready. To serve, add 1.5 tbsp concentrate to a glass with ice cubes and 200ml water.
