    1. 1

Prepare Chicken and Aromatics for Upliance

Begin by washing 500 g of curry cut chicken. In a separate bowl, combine some Tamarind Paste, 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup, 1.5 tbsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp Garam Masala, 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, and 1 tsp Salt to marinate the chicken; set aside for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, add 3 tbsp Refined Oil to The Upliance jar. Then add 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed), 10 cloves Garlic (peeled), 6 g Ginger (peeled), and 7 stems Coriander Leaves (roots cut) to the jar.

    2. 2

Automated Sautéing of Aromatics and Chicken

The Upliance will now automatically cut and finely chop the aromatics for 10 seconds. Following this, it will sauté the aromatics at low heat for 2 minutes. Once sautéed, add the marinated chicken into The Upliance jar. The device will then sauté the chicken at low heat for 10 minutes with automatic stirring until lightly browned.

    3. 3

      Simmer the Tamarind Chicken

To the chicken in The Upliance jar, add 80 ml Water and 10 g Butter. Close the lid. The Upliance will now continue cooking the chicken at low heat for approximately 20 minutes with intermittent stirring, allowing the flavors to meld and the chicken to become tender.

    4. 4

Tamarind Chicken is Ready to Serve

The Upliance will signal when your Tamarind Chicken is perfectly cooked. Transfer the tangy and tender chicken to a serving bowl. Garnish with fresh coriander if desired. Pair with rice or roti for a delicious meal.
