Ingredients

  • 250 g Parval (washed and cut)
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 1.5 pieces Onion (chopped)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli
  • 8 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 2 pieces Tomato (chopped)
  • 100 g Potato (cubed)
  • 80 ml Water
  • 1.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Garam Masala
  • 0.5 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Prepare the base

Add mustard oil, cumin seeds, peeled garlic, green chilli, and onions to The Upliance jar.

Sauté and make gravy

The device will now chop the aromatics and sauté them on medium heat for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, and the device will cook the gravy base on low heat for 5 minutes.

Cook vegetables and spices

Add cut parval, cubed potatoes, water, and spices (turmeric, garam masala, salt) to the jar. The device will cook the sabzi on low to medium heat for approximately 35 minutes with automatic stirring.

Serve the dish

The dish is ready. Open the lid, garnish with minced coriander leaves, and serve hot with chapatis or rice.
