    • 250g Parval (washed and cut)
    • 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
    • 0.5 tsp Jeera
    • 1.5 piece Onion (cut)
    • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 8 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 2 piece Tomato (cut)
    • 100g Potato (cut in cubes)
    • 80ml Water
    • 1.25 tsp Salt
    • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
    • 0.25 tsp Garam Masala
    • 2 stem Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Instructions

    Aloo Parwal Sabzi or Aloo Potol Recipe is a popular Bengali Dish and has a blend of simple spices with aloo and parval. Pair with chapatis/rice

      Add initial ingredients to jar

      Add 2 tbsp Mustard Oil and 0.5 tsp Jeera to The Upliance jar. Then add 1.5 piece cut Onion, 1 Green Chilli (stem removed), and 8 cloves peeled Garlic, followed by 2 piece cut Tomato.

      The device will now sauté aromatics and cook gravy

      The Upliance will now heat the oil at low heat for 2 minutes. Then it will sauté the spices for 30 seconds and aromatics at low heat for 3 minutes with automatic stirring. Next, it will cook the tomatoes and other spices (1.25 tsp Salt, 0.5 tsp Turmeric, 0.25 tsp Garam Masala) at low heat for 5 minutes, followed by a quick stir.

      Repeat the above by adding vegetables

      Add 100g cut Potatoes, 250g washed and cut Parval, and 80ml Water to The Upliance jar. The device will cook the sabzi at low heat for a total of 35 minutes with intermittent automatic stirring, ensuring everything is tender.

      The dish is ready

      The dish is ready. Garnish the Aloo Parval Sabzi with 2 stem minced Coriander Leaves directly in The Upliance jar or transfer to a serving bowl. Serve hot with chapatis or rice.
