Ingredients

  • 40 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • 10 stems Coriander Leaves (roots cut)
  • 4 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 4 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 500 ml Water
  • 0.5 tsp Amchur Powder
  • 1 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powdered)
  • 5 g Namkeen Boondi

Add aromatics to jar

Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, sugar, and green chilli to The Upliance jar. Ensure herbs are cleaned properly.

Add liquids and blend

Add water, lemon juice, amchur powder, jeera powder, salt, and black pepper to the jar. The Upliance will blend everything at high speed for 20 seconds.

Pour the Jaljeera into serving glasses. Garnish with namkeen boondi and serve chilled immediately.
