Add refined oil, curry leaves, jeera, dry red chilli, onions, garlic, and ginger to The Upliance jar. The device will automatically chop the vegetables and sauté the aromatics on low heat for approximately 9 minutes.
Add tomatoes, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, Kashmiri mirch, and turmeric to the jar. The device will cook the masala base on medium heat for 7 minutes with automatic stirring.
Add the washed button mushrooms and water to the jar. The device will gently cut the mushrooms into chunks and cook everything together on medium heat for 8 minutes.
