Ingredients

  • 60 g spinach (trimmed)
  • 200 g green grapes (deseeded)
  • 100 g kiwi (peeled and chopped)
  • 160 g apple (cored and chopped)
  • 200 g coconut water

Add ingredients to jar

Add the trimmed spinach, deseeded green grapes, peeled and chopped kiwi, cored and chopped apple, and coconut water to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now blend

Select the "Blend" mode on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically blend the ingredients for 20 seconds at speed 12, followed by 20 seconds at speed 10, then 20 seconds at speed 12, 10 seconds at speed 12, 20 seconds at speed 12, and finally 10 seconds at speed 12. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically scrape the sides of the jar between blending cycles.
