Ingredients

  • 1000 g Packet Milk
  • 28 g Vinegar
  • 0.25 tsp Salt

Instructions

1

Add milk to jar

Pour the packet milk into The Upliance jar. Ensure the lid is placed without the measuring cup to allow steam to escape.

2

The device will now boil the milk

The Upliance will heat the milk on low heat for 13 minutes. Automatic stirring ensures the milk does not stick to the bottom of the jar.

3

Add vinegar and set paneer

Add vinegar and salt to The Upliance jar. The device will mix vigorously on low heat for 2 minutes, then maintain low heat for 20 minutes to allow the whey to separate.

4

The dish is ready

Pour the curdled milk into a steamer basket lined with cheesecloth to strain. Place a weight on the cloth to set the paneer and refrigerate.
