Ingredients

  • 4 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 5 stems Coriander Leaves (roots cut)
  • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 80 g Indian Cucumber (washed, deseeded)
  • 1 tsp Jeera Powder (ground)
  • 0.75 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch (powder)
  • 300 g Curd (fresh)
  • 6 stems Coriander Leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add garlic cloves, coriander stems, and green chili to The Upliance jar. Secure the lid and cap.

The device will now chop ingredients

The Upliance will chop the aromatics for 10 seconds. Afterwards, add the cucumber, jeera powder, salt, and kashmiri mirch. The device will chop the cucumber for another 10 seconds.

Add curd and mix
