Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 2 pieces Onion (cut into four)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 10 leaves Basil (trimmed)
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 130 g Tomato (roughly chopped)
  • 50 ml Water
  • 200 g Zucchini (cubed)
  • 100 g Coconut Milk
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add spices and aromatics

Add 2 tbsp refined oil, 0.5 tsp jeera, onions, garlic, green chilli, and basil leaves to The Upliance jar.

The device will now cut and sauté

The device will chop the vegetables for 10 seconds and then sauté the base on medium heat for approximately 7 minutes with automatic stirring until onions are golden.

Add vegetables and simmer

Add tomatoes, dry spices, water, and zucchini to The Upliance jar. The device cooks the curry on medium heat for 18 minutes. Finally, add coconut milk and simmer on medium heat for another 5 minutes.

The dish is ready

The Zucchini Curry is now creamy and cooked. Garnish with minced coriander leaves and serve hot with Rice, Roti, or Appam.
