Ingredients

  • 300 g Chicken, Curry Cut (washed)
  • 1 unit Dried Red Chilli (stem removed)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (whole)
  • 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
  • 1.5 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1.5 tsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 20 g Brown Sugar
  • 70 g Bok Choy (washed)
  • 500 g Hot Water

Add aromatics to jar

Marinate the chicken in a bowl with soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Add oil, peeled garlic, black pepper, and dried red chilli to The Upliance jar.

The device will sauté the base

The device will grind the spices for 10 seconds. Add the chicken to the jar, and The Upliance will sauté on low to medium heat for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add marinade and simmer

Pour the reserved marinade into The Upliance jar. The device will simmer the chicken on low heat for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, blanch Bok Choy in hot water separately.

The dish is ready

Once the cooking cycle is complete, the Chicken Adobo is ready. Plate the tender chicken with the blanched Bok Choy and serve hot with rice.
