You've probably eaten Kung Pao before, but not quite like this one. We've made a guilt-free version of the popular starter. Spicy diced chicken, mixed with peanuts, delicious on its own, or with rice or noodles
Add 300 g diced Chicken Thighs Boneless, 0.25 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce, and 1 tbsp Vinegar to a bowl and mix well to marinate. Then, add 10 peeled cloves Garlic, 5 g peeled Ginger, 2 Dried Red Chillies (stems removed), 1 Green Chilli (stems removed), and 3 tbsp Refined Oil to The Upliance jar.
The Upliance will now automatically cut the aromatics at speed 6 for 10 seconds. Following this, it will sauté them on low heat with the lid on and automatic stirring for 1 minute. While the aromatics sauté, combine 0.5 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Vinegar, 1 tsp Brown Sugar, 1 tsp Sugar, 1 tsp Corn Flour, 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powder), 100 g filtered Water, and 30 g chopped Roasted Salted Peanuts in a separate bowl to create the sauce.
Add 130 g quartered Onion and 1 piece quartered Capsicum to The Upliance jar. The device will cut these vegetables for approximately 30 seconds. Next, add the marinated chicken, 30 g Pineapple, and the prepared sauce to the jar. The Upliance will then cook this mixture on low heat with automatic stirring for approximately 40 minutes, ensuring the chicken is tender and the sauce thickens perfectly.
The Pineapple Chicken is ready. Carefully transfer the cooked dish to a serving bowl. Garnish with 5 g fine-chopped Spring Onion Green, 20 g Cashews, and 0.5 tsp White Sesame Seeds before serving warm.
Skip the knife work. Add the ingredients and let Upliance handle the rest.
