Ingredients

  • 1 green chilli (stem removed)
  • 2 stems coriander leaves (roots cut)
  • 0.5 tsp mustard seeds (whole)
  • 0.5 tsp jeera (whole)
  • 0.5 tsp hing (powder)
  • 10 curry leaves (washed)
  • 0.25 tbsp refined oil (liquid)
  • 300 g thick curd (fresh)
  • 200 ml water (filtered)
  • 0.75 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp jeera powder (ground)

Instructions

Add herbs to jar

Add green chilli and coriander leaves to The Upliance jar. Secure the lid.

The device will now chop and sauté

The device will chop the herbs for 10 seconds. Open lid, add mustard seeds, jeera, hing, curry leaves, and refined oil. The device will sauté on low heat for 30 seconds.

Add liquids and blend

Add thick curd, water, salt, and jeera powder to the jar. The Upliance will blend the mixture well for 30 seconds.

The dish is ready

The flavoured buttermilk is ready. Refrigerate for an hour and serve chilled.
