Ingredients

  • 60 g soaked soya chunks (squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 10 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 4 g ginger (peeled)
  • 2 green chilies (cut)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 0.75 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.25 tsp garam masala
  • 0.5 tsp coriander leaves (chopped)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add ghee, garlic, ginger, green chilies, and onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 5 minutes until onions turn translucent. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir.

The device will now cook aromatics

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté the aromatics for 5 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring.

Add soya and spices to jar

Add squeezed soya chunks, turmeric powder, Kashmiri Mirch, garam masala, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select simmer mode at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir.

The dish is ready

Stir in coriander leaves. The soya paratha stuffing is ready. Remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar and use as filling for parathas.
