This traditional North-Indian style, one-pot Chicken Curry is made with onion and tomatoes, and uses regular spices that are easily available in your kitchen. Pair this curry with steamed rice, naan or appam
Add 2.5 tbsp Ghee, 0.5 tsp Jeera, and 0.25 tsp Hing to The Upliance jar. The device will now sauté these whole spices on medium heat for 1 minute with automatic stirring. After this, add 10 cloves Garlic (peeled), 130 g Onion (cut into four), 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed), and 10 stems Coriander Leaves (roots cut) to The Upliance jar.
The device will now cut the aromatics and then sauté them on low heat for about 9 minutes with automatic stirring until softened and fragrant in The Upliance jar.
Repeat the above by adding 130 g Tomato (cut into two), 1 tsp Salt, 0.25 tsp Turmeric, 2 tsp Coriander Powder, 80 ml Water, 400 g Chicken - Curry Cut (washed), 1 tsp Garam Masala, 15 g Butter (softened), and the remaining 120 ml Water to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will now cook the curry through multiple stages, sautéing on medium heat for 12 minutes, followed by simmering on low heat for approximately 25 minutes with continuous automatic stirring until the chicken is tender and the gravy is rich.
The dish is ready. Transfer the Murg Curry to a serving bowl. Garnish with 3 tsp Kasoori Methi for enhanced flavor and aroma.
Skip the knife work. Add the ingredients and let Upliance handle the rest.
