Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera (Whole Cumin)
  • 0.25 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 130 g Onion (cut in four)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 130 g Tomato (cut in two)
  • 400 g Chicken (washed, curry cut)
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 3 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 0.5 tbsp Butter

Temper spices and add aromatics

Add ghee, jeera, and hing to The Upliance jar. Select sauté mode on medium heat for 1 minute. Add onions, garlic, green chilli, and coriander stems.

The device will now cut and sauté

The device will automatically chop the vegetables for 10 seconds, then sauté the aromatics on low heat for 8 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add tomatoes and chicken

Add tomatoes, spices, and a splash of water. The device cooks the base on medium heat for 7 minutes. Add chicken and sauté on medium heat for another 7 minutes.

The dish is ready

Add remaining water. The device will simmer the curry on low heat for 12 minutes. The dish is ready. Garnish with kasoori methi and butter.
