Ingredients

  • 5 stems Coriander Leaves (roots cut)
  • 1 Green Chilli (stalk removed)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 60 g Carrot (peeled and cut)
  • 300 g Curd (fresh)
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 0.75 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera Powder (ground)

Instructions

Add vegetables to jar

Add 5 stems of coriander leaves, 1 green chilli, 3 peeled garlic cloves, and 60g of carrot to The Upliance jar.

Chop the vegetables

The device will now cut the ingredients. It chops the aromatics and carrots at high speed for 20 seconds total to achieve a fine grate.

Add curd and mix

Add 300g curd, 0.5 tsp black pepper, 0.75 tsp salt, and 0.5 tsp jeera powder to the jar. The Upliance will mix everything gently for 30 seconds.

The dish is ready

The raita is now ready. Remove the mixture from the jar into a serving bowl and garnish if desired.
