Ingredients

  • 350 g diced Ridge Gourd (peeled)
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 100 g crumbled Paneer (none)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)
  • 10 Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add diced ridge gourd, mustard seeds, turmeric, coriander powder, hing, jeera, refined oil, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will automatically stir while heating.

The device will now sauté and cook the ridge gourd

Select sauté mode on The Upliance 2.0 at 100°C for 30 seconds. Then, switch to simmer mode at 95°C for 4 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will automatically maintain the temperature and stir.

Add remaining ingredients to the jar

Add crumbled paneer, garam masala, and curry leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the paneer with the ridge gourd.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir the mixture at 95°C for 7 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
