Ingredients

  • 600 g Peeled Carrot (peeled and washed)
  • 250 g TetraPak Milk
  • 100 g Khowa (crumbled)
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • 13 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
  • 10 g Almonds (chopped)
  • 10 g Cashews
  • 10 qty Dry Fruits (for garnish)

Instructions

Add carrots to the jar

Add the peeled and washed carrots to The Upliance jar and secure the lid.

Chop and sauté carrots

The device will now chop the carrots in seconds. It will then sauté them on medium heat for 10 minutes with automatic stirring to evaporate moisture.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add milk, khowa, ghee, sugar, cardamom, chopped almonds, and cashews to The Upliance jar. The device will cook the mixture on low heat for about 75 minutes, stirring continuously until thickened.

Serve and Garnish

The Gajar Halwa is ready. Transfer the hot halwa to a serving bowl and garnish with extra dry fruits before serving.
