Ingredients

  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 1 piece Onion (halved)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 4 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
  • 180 g Carrot (peeled and chopped)
  • 260 ml Water
  • 100 g Coconut Milk
  • 1.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 10 g Butter
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 1 handful Coriander or Parsley (washed)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add green chilli, onion, ginger, and half of the garlic to The Upliance jar. The device will automatically chop these aromatics to the perfect size.

The device will now cook aromatics

Add olive oil to the mixture. The Upliance will sauté the aromatics on low heat for 3 minutes with automatic stirring to release flavors without burning.

Add main ingredients and cook

Add carrots, water, coconut milk, and spices to the jar. The device will cook on medium heat for approximately 20 minutes, then automatically blend everything into a smooth soup.

The dish is ready

While the device finishes, prepare a tadka in a separate pan with butter, cumin, and remaining garlic. Pour the soup into a bowl, garnish with the tadka and fresh herbs.
