Ingredients

  • 350 g Potato (cubed)
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 15 stems Coriander Leaves (roots cut)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 0.25 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.75 tsp Salt

Prepare the aromatics

Add green chilli and coriander stems to The Upliance jar. The device will chop them finely to release fresh flavors.

Temper the spices

Add refined oil, cumin seeds (jeera), and asafoetida (hing) to the jar. The device will sauté on high heat for 30 seconds to activate the spices.

Cook the potatoes

Add cubed potatoes, water, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt. The device will cook on high heat for 4 minutes, then simmer on low heat for 18 minutes with automatic stirring.

Serve the dish

The dish is ready. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with Roti or Paratha.
