    Ingredients

    • 1 piece tomato (chopped)
    • 0.25 tsp kasoori methi
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 1 tsp turmeric
    • 0.25 tsp kashmiri mirch
    • 2 tsp salt
    • 0.75 tsp sugar
    • 15 leaves mint leaves (chopped)
    • 1 tbsp refined oil
    • 1 tbsp ghee
    • 0.5 tsp jeera
    • 0.25 tsp hing
    • 2 pieces dried red chilli
    • 100 g cashews (soaked)
    • 20 ml hot water (for soaking cashews)
    • 130 g onion (cut)
    • 10 cloves garlic (peeled)
    • 200 g paneer (cut into cubes)
    • 70 ml water
    • 50 g cream
    • 10 g butter

    No matter the occasion, this cashew rich, creamy paneer recipe will surely impress your guests. Pair with naan/chapati or rice

      Add initial spices and aromatics for sautéing

      Add 1 tbsp refined oil, 1 tbsp ghee, 0.5 tsp jeera, 0.25 tsp hing, and 2 pieces dried red chilli to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will heat at medium heat for 1 minute to temper the spices, with automatic stirring. Concurrently, soak 100g cashews in 20ml hot water in a separate bowl.

      The device will now prepare the gravy base

      Add 130g cut onion, 10 peeled cloves of garlic, 10 mint leaves, and the soaked cashews to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will sauté at low heat for 9 minutes with automatic stirring until aromatics are softened. Then, it will automatically cut for 10 seconds to form a smooth paste.

      Repeat the above for cooking tomatoes and paneer

      Add 1 chopped tomato, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp turmeric, 0.25 tsp Kashmiri mirch, 0.75 tsp sugar, 1 tsp garam masala, and 0.25 tsp kasoori methi to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will cook at medium heat for 7 minutes with automatic stirring to soften tomatoes and blend spices. Then, add 200g cut paneer, 70ml water, 50g cream, and 10g butter. The Upliance will simmer at low heat for 7 minutes with automatic stirring to cook the paneer in the creamy gravy.

      The dish is ready

      Your Kaju Paneer is now ready. Carefully transfer the Kaju Paneer from The Upliance jar to a serving bowl. Garnish with 5 chopped mint leaves and serve hot with naan, chapati, or rice.
