Ingredients

  • 20 g mint leaves (cleaned)
  • 40 g ginger (rootCut)
  • 4 g green chilli (peeled)
  • 1 black pepper (remove)
  • 400 ml water
  • 0.5 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 0.25 tsp amchur powder (powder)
  • 8 g jeera powder
  • 2 tsp namkeen boondi

Add aromatics to jar

Add mint, ginger, green chili, and black pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the mince setting. The device will automatically mince the ingredients for 20 seconds at speed 12.

The device will now blend the pani puri water

Add water, chaat masala, lemon juice, salt, sugar, amchur powder, and jeera powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the blend setting. The device will automatically blend the ingredients for 40 seconds at speed 12 at 20°C.

Strain and chill

Strain the mixture in The Upliance 2.0 jar. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to enhance the flavors.

The dish is ready

Add namkeen boondi to the chilled pani puri water in The Upliance 2.0 jar. Serve immediately.
