Ingredients

  • 100 g Chickpea (washed, soaked overnight)
  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil
  • 10 Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 1.5 tbsp Ginger (minced)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Jeera
  • 1 tsp Dried Red Chilli (crushed)
  • 120 g Onion (chopped)
  • 100 g Potato (peeled, cubed)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tbsp Tamarind Paste
  • 5 g Garlic (peeled, minced)
  • 5 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Chickpeas, Water, Coconut Oil, Curry Leaves, Ginger, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Jeera, Dried Red Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the pressure cooking mode for 30 minutes.

The device will now pressure cook the chickpeas

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically pressure cook the ingredients at 100°C for 30 minutes. Once complete, allow pressure to release naturally.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer

Add Onion, Potato, Salt, Tamarind Paste, and Garlic to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the simmer mode at 95°C for 20 minutes with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Garnish with minced Coriander Leaves. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir the curry during simmering. The Ginger Coconut Chickpea Curry is ready to serve.
