Ingredients

  • 30 g Cashews (soaked)
  • 30 g Almonds (soaked)
  • 6 Walnut Kernels (soaked)
  • 7 tsp Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 0.25 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
  • 0.75 tsp Saunf
  • 500 g TetraPak Milk

Add soaked nuts and spices

Drain the soaked cashews, almonds, and walnuts. Add them to The Upliance jar along with sugar, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, and saunf.

The device will now blend ingredients

The device will now blend the nut and spice mixture at variable high speeds for 40 seconds to create a coarse base paste.

Add milk and blend

Add 100g of milk to The Upliance jar and the device will blend for 38 seconds. Add the remaining 400g of milk and the device will mix until smooth.

The dish is ready

The device will perform a final mix for 15 seconds. Chill for 30 minutes, garnish with dry fruits, and the dish is ready to serve.
