Add 2 tbsp refined oil, 1 tsp chopped onion, 0.25 tsp hing, 0.25 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp jeera, 0.75 tsp garam masala, 1 chopped tomato, and 2 pieces of cut green chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 90 seconds.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté the aromatics for 90 seconds at 120°C. Then add 300g trimmed spinach and 600ml water to the jar. The device will now boil the spinach at 120°C for 7 minutes with the lid on.
Strain the spinach. Add 8 peeled garlic cloves, 130g cut ginger, 200g cubed tofu, and 60ml cream to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the Palak Tofu at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring and scraping.
Once cooked, garnish with 10g of cream and serve hot. The Palak Tofu is ready.
