Ingredients

  • 350 g Chicken Thighs Boneless (cubed)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 30 g Curd
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 130 g Onion (cut in two)
  • 15 cloves Cashews
  • 20 g Green Chilli (chopped)
  • 4 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 2 piece Garlic (peeled)
  • 100 ml Full Fat Milk
  • 100 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 piece Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 inches Black Cardamom
  • 1 piece Green Cardamom
  • 1.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 10 g Fresh Cream

Instructions

Prepare the base

Add ghee, onions, green chillies, ginger, garlic, and cashews to The Upliance jar. The device will chop the ingredients and sauté them on low heat for 6 minutes.

Blend and temper

Add milk and water to the jar. The device will blend the sautéed ingredients into a smooth paste. Add oil, cinnamon, cardamoms, and coriander powder.

Cook the chicken

Add the marinated chicken to the jar. The Upliance will cook the curry on medium heat for 20 minutes with automatic stirring.

Garnish and serve

The dish is ready. Garnish with fresh cream and kasoori methi and serve hot.
