    • 50 g Sweet Corn (washed)
    • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 2 tsp Honey
    • 2 tsp Vinegar
    • 1 tsp Mustard Sauce
    • 0.75 tsp Black Pepper
    • 0.5 piece Red Bell Pepper (deseeded)
    • 0.5 piece Yellow Bell Pepper (deseeded)
    • 120 g Cherry tomatoes (washed)
    • 10 g Iceberg Lettuce (washed)
    • 20 g Roasted Salted Peanuts

    Instructions

    Barley is a great alternative to rice or couscous. Teamed with a flavor-packed dressing and crunchy bell peppers makes for a great bowl of the comforting low-calorie recipe

      Boil the grains

      Add water, salt, washed pearl barley, and sweet corn to The Upliance jar.
