Add mustard oil, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, green chilli, and quartered onions to The Upliance jar.
The device will now chop the aromatics and sauté the mixture on low heat for approximately 5 minutes until the onions are cooked and fragrant.
Add tomatoes, powdered spices, and the boiled chickpeas with their cooking water. The device will cook the masala and simmer the curry on low heat for 50 minutes with automatic stirring.
The dish is ready. Stir in the ghee and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving hot.
