Add 2.5 tbsp Ghee, 0.5 tsp Mustard Oil, 2 pieces Onion (cutTwo), 0.25 tsp Turmeric, 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder, 0.5 tsp Jeera Powder, 0.75 tsp Garam Masala, 1 tsp Salt, 2 pieces Green Chilli, 1 piece Bay Leaf, 4 cloves Garlic (peeled), 5 g Ginger (peeled), 1 tsp Jeera, and 1 piece Cinnamon Stick to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 2 minutes. The device will now sauté the ingredients.
Add 1 piece Black Cardamom and the boiled black chickpeas along with their water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select simmer mode at 95°C for 300 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will automatically stir the ingredients.
The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically continue cooking. No further action is needed at this stage.
Once cooking is complete, garnish with 0.5 tbsp Ghee and 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced) in The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Ghugni is ready to serve.
