Ingredients

  • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 unit Dried Red Chilli (stem removed)
  • 200 g Button Mushroom (washed and stems removed)
  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil (none)
  • 1.5 tsp Chilli Oil (none)
  • 1 tsp Salt (none)
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add peeled garlic and dried red chilli to The Upliance jar. Secure the lid to prepare for chopping.

The device will now cut ingredients

The Upliance will chop the garlic and chilli for 10 seconds to create the base aromatics for the dish.

Add mushrooms and cook

Add refined oil, chilli oil, salt, and the prepared mushrooms to the jar. The Upliance will sauté the mixture on medium heat for approximately 8 minutes with automatic stirring until the mushrooms are juicy.

The dish is ready

Transfer the succulent mushrooms to a serving bowl. Garnish with minced coriander leaves and serve immediately.
