Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 200 g Paneer (cubed)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 2 Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 1 Dried Red Chilli
  • 80 g Cream
  • 100 g Cranberry Juice
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 5 stems Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Instructions

Add aromatics

Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 10 cloves Garlic, 1 Dried Red Chilli, and 2 Green Chillies to The Upliance jar.

Chop and Sauté

The device will now cut the aromatics and sauté them on medium heat for 1 minute until fragrant.

Cook sauce and paneer

Add cranberry juice, cream, and spices. The device will cook the sauce for 5 minutes. Then add paneer cubes, and the device will simmer on medium heat for 12 minutes with automatic stirring.

Serve

The dish is ready. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
