Ingredients

  • 360 ml Water
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 140 g Sticky Rice
  • 20 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 3 Dried Red Chilli (stalks removed)
  • 3 tbsp Roasted Sesame Oil
  • 20 g Spring Onion Whites
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 200 g Button Mushroom (washed)
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 0.25 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp White Sesame Seeds
  • 10 g Iceberg Lettuce (washed)

Instructions

Boil the sticky rice

Add water, salt, and sticky rice to The Upliance jar. The device will cook the rice on low heat for 13 minutes. Once done, transfer the rice to a separate bowl.

Sauté the aromatics

Add refined oil, peeled garlic, and dried red chillies to The Upliance jar. The device will automatically chop and sauté the aromatics on low heat for 30 seconds.

Cook the mushrooms

Add washed mushrooms, soy sauce, sugar, sesame seeds, and seasoning to The Upliance jar. The device will slice the mushrooms and cook them on low heat for 11 minutes with automatic stirring.

Assemble the bowl

The dish is ready. Plate the earthy mushrooms alongside the cooked sticky rice and fresh iceberg lettuce. Drizzle with sesame oil and serve immediately.
