    • 70 g Quinoa (washed)
    • 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
    • 6 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 1 piece Onion (cut into quarters)
    • 1 tsp Jeera
    • 50 g Carrot (peeled and cut)
    • 20 g French Beans (washed)
    • 50 g Frozen Peas
    • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
    • 1.75 tsp Salt
    • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 800 ml Water
    • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
    • 0.5 tsp Chilli Flakes

    Instructions

    This dish is a nutrition powerhouse - low-GI quinoa combines with vitamins and minerals of root and bean vegetables, in a familiar Indian taste, for a hearty and wholesome weeknight meal

      Add aromatics to jar

      Add pomace olive oil, peeled garlic, green chilli, quartered onion, and jeera to The Upliance jar.

      The device chops the aromatics and sautés them on low heat for 3 minutes. Add carrots, beans, peas, turmeric, and salt. The device will automatically chop the vegetables and mix.

      Add quinoa and cook

      Add washed quinoa and water to The Upliance jar. The device cooks the mixture on low heat for approximately 17 minutes with automatic stirring to ensure perfect texture.

      The dish is ready

      Strain any excess water using a sieve. Transfer to a bowl, mix in lemon juice, garnish with dried parsley and chilli flakes, and serve hot.
