Add quartered onions, green chilies, garlic, ginger, sugar, coriander stems, and grated coconut to The Upliance jar for the green masala base.
The device will chop the ingredients into a fine paste. Add ghee, jeera, black cardamom, and dried red chilli. The Upliance will sauté the mixture on low heat for approximately 6 minutes with automatic stirring until aromatic.
Add turmeric, Kashmiri mirch, coriander powder, garam masala, and the pressure-cooked mutton. The device will cook the mutton with the masala on low heat for 20 minutes to coat the pieces evenly.
