Ingredients

  • 3-4 pieces Leftover Roti (cut into triangles)
  • 2 tbsp Ghee (melted)
  • 1 tbsp Piri Piri Spice Mix

Add seasoned roti to the air fryer

Coat the cut roti triangles with ghee and piri piri spice mix. Add the seasoned pieces to the air fryer basket inside The Upliance, arranging them so they don't overlap.

The device will now cook the nachos

The Upliance will air fry the roti pieces on high heat for 4 minutes. This initial blast of hot air starts the crisping process.

Shake and finish cooking

Shake the basket for even cooking. The device will continue to air fry on high heat for another 4 minutes until the nachos are perfectly crispy and golden.
