Ingredients

  • 70 g Quinoa (washed)
  • 700 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 tsp Honey
  • 5 stems Coriander Leaves (roots cut)
  • 10 g Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • 150 g Apple (deseeded)
  • 1 piece Onion (halved)
  • 20 g Almonds
  • 30 g Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • 100 g Paneer (cubed)
  • 1.25 tsp Salt (divided)
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Cook the Quinoa

Add washed quinoa, water, and salt to The Upliance jar. Secure the lid.

The device will now cook the quinoa

The device will cook the quinoa on low heat for approximately 20 minutes with automatic stirring. Once done, strain the quinoa and set it aside.

Prepare Dressing and Base

Add olive oil, lemon juice, honey, herbs, apple, onion, and nuts to The Upliance jar. The device will chop and emulsify the ingredients for 40 seconds.

The dish is ready

Add the cooked quinoa and paneer to the jar. The device will mix everything gently for 15 seconds. The Zesty Crunch Quinoa is ready to serve.
