  • 160 g Sona Masoori Rice (washed and soaked)
  • 100 g Raw Mango (peeled and de-seeded)
  • 400 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 15 leaves Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 2 Dried Red Chilli (stalks removed)
  • 20 g Peanuts (raw)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 1.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Sugar

Prepare the mango masala base

Add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, dried red chillies, raw mango pieces, peanuts, and turmeric to The Upliance jar. Ensure the rice is soaked and ready.

Sauté and grind spices

The device will now sauté the ingredients on medium heat for 5 minutes to release aromas, followed by an automatic 8-second grind to create a coarse masala paste.

Add rice and cook

Add the soaked rice, water, salt, and sugar to the jar. The device will cook the mixture on low heat for 22 minutes with gentle intermittent motion.

Raw Mango Rice is ready

The dish is ready. Open the lid, gently fluff the rice to mix the mango masala evenly, garnish with extra peanuts if desired, and serve hot.
