    • 20 g Peanuts (raw)
    • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
    • 1.25 tsp Salt
    • 0.25 tsp Sugar

    Instructions

    Raw mango chitrana is a popular South Indian rice dish that is prepared with cooked rice, grated raw mango, and a mixture of spices and seasonings. The dish is typically tangy, spicy, and flavorful, and is often served as a main course or as a side dish. Pair with Chutney
