A familiar comfort recipe with sautéed vegetables, turned into a complete meal with low-GI quinoa
Add washed quinoa, water, and salt to The Upliance jar. The device will cook the quinoa at low heat for 15 minutes. Once done, strain the quinoa and set it aside.
Add coconut oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, garlic, green chilli, and onion to The Upliance jar. The device will chop the aromatics and sauté them at medium heat for about 4 minutes.
Add carrots, french beans, frozen peas, turmeric, and a splash of water to the jar. The device will chop the vegetables and cook them at low heat for 10 minutes until tender.
Add the cooked quinoa and lemon juice back into the jar. The device will mix everything gently. Garnish with roasted salted peanuts. The dish is ready.
