Ingredients

  • 150 g Cashews (soaked overnight)
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 50 ml Water (for paste)
  • 650 ml Water (for milk)
  • Honey (optional, to taste)

Add ingredients

Add soaked cashews, cinnamon powder, and 50ml water (or honey) to The Upliance jar.

Make cashew paste

The device will now blend the mixture. It operates at high speed for 20 seconds at low heat to create a smooth paste.

Add water and mix

Add the remaining 650ml water to The Upliance jar. The device will blend again for 25 seconds at low heat to emulsify the milk.

Serve

The dish is ready. Strain the cashew milk into a glass or bottle and serve immediately.
