    Ingredients

    • 1 piece Onion (cut into quarters)
    • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 1 piece Tomato (halved)
    • 10 Mint Leaves (cleaned)
    • 10 stems Coriander Leaves (roots removed)
    • 2 tsp Chaat Masala
    • 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 1.5 tsp Sugar
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 250 g Ponk
    • 30 g Sev
    • 15 g Roasted Salted Peanuts

    Instructions

      Add aromatics and spices

      Add the quartered onion, green chilli, halved tomato, mint leaves, coriander leaves, chaat masala, lemon juice, sugar, and salt to The Upliance jar.
