Carefully strain and set aside the boiled potatoes from The Upliance jar. Now, add 1 tbsp of refined oil, 1 green chilli (stem removed), and 10 stems of root-cut coriander leaves to The Upliance jar. The device will automatically chop and sauté these aromatics at high heat for approximately 2.5 minutes with automatic stirring.
Add 0.5 tsp of jeera, 0.5 tsp of turmeric, and 0.5 tsp of salt to The Upliance jar. Now, add the strained boiled potatoes. The Upliance will automatically sauté the potatoes with the spices at high heat for approximately 2 minutes with continuous automatic stirring, ensuring a flavorful and evenly coated dish.
The Dry Jeera Aloo is cooked and ready to serve. Transfer the dish from The Upliance jar to a serving bowl. Garnish with 2 stems of minced coriander leaves and enjoy.
