    Ingredients

    • 350 g Potatoes (diced)
    • 700 ml Water
    • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 10 stems Green Chilli (root cut)
    • 1 tbsp Jeera
    • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
    • 0.5 tsp Salt
    • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Instructions

      Add potatoes to jar

      Add diced potatoes and water to The Upliance jar. The device will boil the potatoes on medium heat for 20 minutes. Once done, strain the potatoes and set them aside.

      The device will now cook the tempering

      Add refined oil and green chillies to the jar. The Upliance will chop the chillies and sauté the aromatics on low to medium heat for about 1 minute.

      Repeat the above with potatoes and spices

      Add the boiled potatoes, jeera, turmeric, and salt back into The Upliance jar. The device will sauté the mixture on medium heat for approximately 4 minutes with automatic stirring to coat the potatoes evenly.

      The dish is ready

      The Dry Jeera Aloo is perfectly cooked. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves, and serve hot with Chapati.
