Ingredients

  • 350 g Potatoes (diced)
  • 700 ml Water
  • 1 Green Chilli (remove stem)
  • 10 g Jeera (rootCut)
  • 2 g Coriander Leaves (mince)
  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Green Chilli (none)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add 350g diced potatoes and 700ml water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the boil function at 120°C for 20 minutes. The device will automatically boil the potatoes.

The device will now cut and sauté aromatics

Add 1 Green Chilli (stem removed), 10g Jeera (rootCut) and 1 tbsp Refined Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the sauté mode at 95°C for 150 seconds. The device will automatically cut and sauté the aromatics.

Add spices and remaining ingredients

Add 0.5 tsp Salt, 0.5 tsp Turmeric, and 0.5 tsp Green Chilli (none) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add the boiled potatoes. Select the sauté mode at 95°C for 60 seconds with automatic stirring. The device will automatically mix and sauté the potatoes with spices.

The dish is ready

Garnish with 2g minced Coriander Leaves. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically signal completion. Remove the dish from the jar, mix once with a spatula before serving.
