Add peeled garlic, ginger, and green chilli to The Upliance jar. The device will chop these ingredients efficiently in 10 seconds. While this happens, coat the tofu cubes in the flour mixture.
Add refined oil to the jar with the chopped aromatics. The device will now sauté on medium heat for 5 minutes with automatic stirring to release flavors without burning.
Add cubed onions, bell peppers, soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, and corn flour slurry to the jar. The device will cook the mixture on medium heat for approximately 8 minutes, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
Add the pan-seared tofu and honey to the jar. The device will gently toss everything for 1 minute. The dish is ready to be garnished with spring onions and sesame seeds.
