Add the Tofu, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilli, and Refined Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 10 minutes. The device will now cut/cook the aromatics.
Add the remaining ingredients (except garnish) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the sauce cooking setting: 5 minutes at speed 1 followed by 8 minutes at speed 14, maintaining 95°C with automatic stirring. The device will now cook the sauce and tofu.
Add the Red Bell Pepper, Yellow Bell Pepper, Capsicum, and Onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 4 minutes with automatic stirring. Repeat the cooking process.
Once cooked, remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Garnish with Spring Onion Green and White Sesame Seeds. The Honey Chilli Tofu is ready to serve.
