Ingredients

  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp Kasoori Methi
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 300 g Chicken Drumsticks (washed)
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 1.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 80 g Cream
  • 120 g Cranberry Juice

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add peeled garlic, green chilli, and refined oil to The Upliance jar. Ensure the lid is closed securely.

The device will now cut and sauté

The Upliance will chop the aromatics for 10 seconds, then sauté on low heat for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Add chicken and cook

Add chicken drumsticks, spices, kasoori methi, cranberry juice, and cream to the jar. The device will cook on medium heat for 25 minutes with automatic stirring to create a sticky glaze.
