Add garlic, ginger, onion, capsicum and refined oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 10 minutes. The device will now cut/cook the aromatics.
Add brown sugar, dark soy sauce, tamarind paste, red chilli sauce, and peanut butter to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add broccoli and carrot. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance cook for 5 minutes with automatic stirring.
Add soaked Hakka Noodles to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the Upliance 2.0 to 95°C for 7 minutes with automatic stirring. Repeat the above by adding more vegetables if needed.
Once cooked, remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions. The Vegetable Pad Thai is ready to serve.
