Ingredients

  • 240 g Chicken Breast (cut into cubes)
  • 90 g Fusilli Pasta (uncooked)
  • 600 ml Water
  • 100 g Broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 80 g Cherry Tomatoes (washed)
  • 0.5 piece Capsicum (cut into wedges)
  • 0.5 piece Onion (chopped)
  • 0.75 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 30 g Romaine Lettuce
  • 10 leaves Basil
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Prepare pasta and vegetables

Add water, salt, and fusilli pasta to The Upliance jar. Place the broccoli, capsicum, and onions into the steamer basket and secure it on top of the jar.

Boil and steam simultaneously

The device will now cook the pasta and steam the vegetables on low heat (approx 95°C) for 15 minutes. Once done, strain the pasta and set the vegetables aside.

Cook the chicken

Add olive oil and marinated chicken to The Upliance jar. The device will sauté the chicken on low heat for 24 minutes with automatic stirring to ensure it stays juicy and tender.

Assemble the dish

Transfer the cooked chicken to a large bowl. Toss with the boiled pasta, steamed vegetables, fresh lettuce, basil, and lemon juice. The dish is ready.
